A blog I frequent called Adeen Magazine, recently addressed fashionable cartoon and video game characters. Among those mentioned were, FullMetal Alchemist's Envy ( I think it's because he wears a skirt), and Street Fighter's vega. I read a lot of manga, and seeing Envy from a stylist's point of view gave me a whole new appreciation for the artists behind our favorite manga.
